Outsourced accounting

Ask yourself one question: what happens if your accountant resigns tomorrow?

In most growing businesses, the entire finance function sits with one person. Their laptop, their habits, their memory of how things are done.

We replace that single point of failure with a qualified team and a written process — working in your own software, on a fixed monthly calendar.

Backed by Especia Associates LLP — a team of over a hundred people, with offices in Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

The real risk in your finance function

It is not that they are bad at the job. It is that there is only one of them.

Most owners discover this the hard way — during a resignation, a long illness, or a wedding season when everything waits two weeks.

Today Entries Reconciliations GST and TDS Payroll Reports One person If they are away, everything waits With us Entries Reconciliations GST and TDS Payroll Reports Written process + named team Someone is always covering your file

The knowledge stops living in one person's head and starts living in a checklist. That is the whole difference, and it is why nothing stops when someone takes leave.

What we take over

The whole routine, not selected pieces

Splitting this work between two places is where things fall through. So we take the lot, or we tell you honestly that you do not need us yet.

Day-to-day books

  • Sales, purchase and expense entries, kept current
  • Bank reconciliations, every month without being asked
  • Customer and vendor account reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking

Statutory filings

  • GST returns prepared, checked and filed
  • TDS deducted, deposited and returns filed
  • A compliance calendar mapped to your registrations
  • Notices and department queries handled

People and payroll

  • Monthly payroll processed on your pay date
  • PF and ESI calculated, deposited and filed
  • Payslips and salary registers
  • Full and final settlements when someone leaves

Reporting and audit

  • Monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and cash position
  • Reports built for an owner to read, not just an auditor
  • Year-end schedules prepared before the auditor asks
  • Audit queries answered by us, not by you
Your month, on fixed dates

You stop asking "are the books done yet?"

The same rhythm every month, whether or not anyone chases it. This is what most owners say they actually bought.

Days 1–3

Everything gets posted

We collect the month's documents and post every entry, so nothing is left sitting in a folder.

By the 5th

Last month is closed

Books closed for the previous month. No rolling backlog carried into the new one.

By the 7th

Everything reconciled

Bank, customer and vendor accounts matched, and anything that does not agree is raised with you.

By the 10th

Your reports arrive

Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash position in your inbox, without you asking for them.

Through the month

Filings and payroll

GST, TDS, PF and ESI on their due dates, and payroll on your pay date, every time.

About the dates Statutory due dates are not the same for every business — they change with your turnover, your registrations and which GST scheme you are on. During onboarding we map your exact calendar and then track it for you, so you are never working off a general list.
Changing over

Handing this across without dropping a month

The worry is always the same: something will be missed while the switch happens. So we run both hands on the wheel until it is clearly safe to let go.

1

We look at what you have

A proper read of your current books, your registrations and where things are incomplete. You get that picture whether or not you go ahead.

Week 1
2

We clear the backlog

Anything pending gets brought up to date first. Starting a clean routine on top of an unfinished month never works.

Weeks 2–3
3

We run one month together

The first full cycle runs with your existing person still in place, so nothing depends on a handover note.

Month 1
4

We take it from there

From the second month the calendar is ours. You receive reports on fixed dates and stop thinking about it.

Month 2 onward
The question everyone asks quietly

Your books stay yours. All of them, all the time.

Handing your financial records to an outside team is a real decision. Here is exactly how it works.

Your software, your account

We work inside the system you already own. The data never moves to a platform of ours, and you can withdraw our access at any time without losing anything.

A named team, under agreement

You know who works on your file. Everyone on it is under a confidentiality agreement, and access is limited to the people actually assigned to you.

You can leave whenever you want

No lock-in on your data. The books are already in your software and the process documents are yours, so bringing it back in-house is a handover, not a rescue.

What owners say

Profit grew to 2.2×

"My entire perspective towards the accounts department has changed. Now I actively monitor the key parameters I learned — they've been game changers."

Questions

Questions owners ask us

What happens to my current accountant?+
That is your call, and there is no single answer. Some owners move their accountant onto work that needs someone in the office, such as collections or vendor coordination, and hand the routine work to us. Others are replacing someone who has already resigned. We can work either way, and we will not push you to let anyone go.
Will you use my accounting software or yours?+
Yours. We work inside the software you already use, including Tally. The books stay in your account and remain yours at all times.
Who actually does the work?+
A named team assigned to your business, supervised by a qualified senior. You will know who your main contact is, and someone else on the team always knows your file — which is rather the point of the arrangement.
How do you keep my financial data confidential?+
Your books stay in your own software account, with access you control and can withdraw at any time. Our team works under confidentiality agreements, access is limited to the people assigned to your business, and our firm follows documented, certified processes.
What if I want to bring the work back in-house later?+
You can, and it is straightforward. The books are already in your software, and the checklists and process documents we build are yours. A new in-house hire picks up a documented routine instead of starting from nothing.
Do you handle GST and TDS filings as well?+
Yes. Bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST returns, TDS, payroll with PF and ESI, monthly reports and audit support are all covered. Due dates vary by scheme and turnover, so we map your exact calendar during onboarding and then track it for you.
How is this different from just hiring an accountant?+
One hire gives you one person's knowledge and one person's availability. A team gives you cover when someone is on leave, a senior reviewing the work, and a range of skills across bookkeeping, compliance and payroll that is hard to find in a single hire at the same cost.
What does it cost?+
It depends on your transaction volume and how many registrations and filings you have, so we quote after a short call and a look at your current books.
