Is the first call free?+
Yes. The first call is a conversation, not a sales pitch, and there is no charge for it. It usually takes twenty to thirty minutes.
What should I have ready for the call?+
Nothing compulsory. If you have your latest profit and loss statement and balance sheet nearby it makes the conversation far more useful, because we can talk about your real numbers instead of general examples.
I do not know which service I need. Can I still get in touch?+
Yes, and most people are in exactly that position. Tell us what is bothering you about your numbers and we will tell you which of the four things we do would help — or whether you should simply start with the free class.
Do you work with businesses outside Delhi NCR?+
Yes. We work with businesses across India and everything happens online, so your location does not matter. Our firm has offices in Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Hyderabad if you would prefer to meet in person.
What if you cannot help me?+
We will say so on the call and point you somewhere better. That happens fairly often, usually because a business is too early for the service it asked about.
